What we collect

Account data: your email address, or the name and ID provided by Google or Telegram when you sign in with them.

Content: photos and other files you upload, and the images and videos generated for you.

Usage and payment data: generations you run, credit balance and transactions, and purchase records from our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).

Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and essential cookies that keep you signed in.

How we use it

To run the Service: authenticate you, process your generations, keep your balance and history, and prevent fraud and abuse.

To communicate with you about your account, such as sign-in codes and receipts.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploads to train models without your consent.

Storage and retention

Uploads and results are kept in private storage and are only reachable through short-lived signed links.

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 30 days. Generated images and videos are deleted automatically 48 hours after they are ready, so download anything you want to keep.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect sign-in from abuse; the Service doesn't work without them.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate region). Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which shows the cookie banner again.

We don't use advertising cookies.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service — hosting and storage, email delivery, payment processing, analytics (Google Analytics, only with your consent) and GPU compute — under contracts that limit their use of it, or when the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@nudelyai.com and we will respond within the time the law requires.
